Laborers' Local 265 offers our members a FREE Life Insurance Policy through Ullico. The Enrollment/Beneficiary from must be completed and returned to the Union Hall at 3457 Montgomery Road, Cincinnati, OH 45207 ASAP.

*The coverages are only in effect if the member's dues are in good standing at the time of death.
